“Had an issue with an amplifier I bought, but when I phoned the help line, the rep was extremely helpful. He gave me some sound advice and I was confident in buying a new amplifier while sending back the old one. The new amplifier works much better with the speakers I bought and so I'm definitely happy with the service now.”
