Product was good but what let this transaction down was the poor accounting system this company have. I bought an item on ebay and wanted to pay by card not paypal and did so over the phone. I felt the company were a bit pushy in sending a non payment reminder after just a weekend (and the man on the phoned blamed ebay which i do not believe is true) but even worse later got an email from ebay saying I had had a non payment judgement against me for a product I had paid for. Do not offer phone payments if you can't tie up all the paperwork otherwise a customer who would have been happy with you now probably won't buy from you again. Yes I know it's not a big thing but it's the principle of it and it's annoying.
