I ordered a product which was meant to arrive within 5 days. It never did so I had to contact them and they told me it was lost and reassured me it would be redelivered in the next two days.
When the courier arrived he told me that he was meant to collect the product I "received" in order to give me the new one. I told him that it was lost and he didn't have to pick up anything, he left with my product as he was instructed to collect the product from me and then give me the new one.
I chased up their customer service who provided an extremely poor service, no manners and they promised me that the product would be redelivered again today... well guess what.. I haven't received it
