I ordered some liquid smoke, I was sent liquid snow but the team were very easy to deal with and replaced the product and didn’t want the liquid snow sending back. Having the liquid snow gave me the idea to buy a snow machine. Unfortunately it came with a blown glass fuse and no spare fuses which was annoying, particularly as I found out only an hour before the party. Had to source a new fuse at short notice but the snow machine was great once it was working.
