Ordered the product and paid for before 2 next day delivery. It arrived at 1620 hrs. Contacted customer services who stated they would look into it and ring me back credited if I was correct. Nothing heard, recountacted them, told to put it onto an email and if correct would be credited. 2 days later still nothing.
The actual product is fine and hope it stays that way.
