Everything was ordered and came quickly enough, but I was sold something under the understanding I would not need a laptop and sure enough when everything came it was useless without the latter, so I had to then spend another £100 on a laptop. When I rang for advice and support I wasn't given any .
So basically the overall experience was poor. Sorry to say this but it's unavoidable.
