I ordered a smoke machine unit and it arrived in a bashed up presentation box. Opened it up to find it had already been used (it was scratched and dented) which was very disappointing as it was bought for a Christmas present and paid full price for it. This was approx. 1 week before Christmas.
I contacted the customer services dept. and was told that each package was checked over before dispatched. I explained this wasn't the case and provided pictures. It was then agreed a new unit would be exchanged & delivered on Christmas eve cutting it tight (explained this was urgent as it was Christmas present) I then received a text message to say it would be delivered between 11.21 - 12.21 feeling hopeful it was going to arrive. Nothing! I continued to wait in for the rest of the day- just in case. Also called / emailed the customer service to no reply.
Eventually got in touch and was told a new unit would be sent out. It arrived in a slightly better condition but yet again can see it has blatantly been used.
In summary I'm really disappointed as I was quite excited with the products I saw on the website. Didn't know it would be second hand.
