I received the above on Wednesday 24/2/16. When setting up the system we had two problems:- Couldn't find how to connect the two plastic attachments (with screws) no instructions in the booklet. The wireless head set not working. My husband emailed you to let you know and also rang on numerous occasions and left messages that we wanted to talk to someone to get some advice on the set up. To date we have had not call back and now had a return authorisation sent to return the head set and a confirmation that you are sending out a replacement head set. We are still in the dark about the two plastic pieces, and whether or not,(as we cannot find how to fit them), has anything to do with the head set not working? We received the replacement head set and again not working. All we wanted was someone to ring us to give advice but again to date this has not been forthcoming. I am very disappointed at the lack of verbal communication and assistance from you.
