Didn't speak to anyone tbh but everything arrived on time and boxed well , only thing was the connectors on the back of the speakers were not very good one hole was filled in and had to drill the other was just spinning as the nut on the back had not been tighted up apart from that all good , oh and I don't think it's as loud as advertised but it's only in my home so not too gutted about that , but for the money it's not that bad I was looking at another one that u are selling but I will have to past unless the price comes right down to about £100/£80 , but yeah I am happy with it looks fine . Hope the honesty has helped , on eBay I wrote it's all good and didn't moan about the defects as they were a quick fix but I can imagine that some people can't do the things I can and might not be happy at all , oh the speaker wire to at the bottom of the box I would place it inside as I was so close to putting it in the bin , thank u and I hope u see this as helpful and not moaning
