Good products, great prices but TERRIBLE customer service.
I realised I'd placed an order for the wrong speakers, I phoned midday Thursday to cancel, which i was told they were. Thursday pm I received an email to say they were dispatched and I have phoned twice since to try and get these collected and also to upgrade my order to PAY MORE MONEY (hint hint) for the correct items, and am still waiting on a call from the 'sales team'
