I placed an order for next day delivery but it didn’t come so I messaged the delivery company they said my parcels been lost and for me to contact the seller which I did they replied straight away and said that they’ll send another,absolutely amazing customer service they went above and beyond for me and I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future Great company Amazing customer service thank you electro market

I bought a megaphone at 3pm on Friday, with next day delivery. It arrived as promised on Saturday for an event on Sunday. Perfect - so helpful!

Fantasic store, great customer service how ever let down by delivery partner. The 'next day' is a lie as they use yodel who are national news for not being able to deliver, as such got it a day late. Not to bad normally how ever I chose them specifically for the next day to cover a failed product.,would hope a company would be on top of that or remove the next day
”

Its a review mark of two halves...
Product was great and as expected. Good value for money.
The delivery falls far short. Offering the 'order before 8pm for next day delivery' is just not the case. We received the product 5 days later which isn't unreasonable but not as advertised. I can't blame the courier as it hadn't been sent from the seller on a next day service!
