Product was great and as expected. Good value for money.
The delivery falls far short. Offering the 'order before 8pm for next day delivery' is just not the case. We received the product 5 days later which isn't unreasonable but not as advertised. I can't blame the courier as it hadn't been sent from the seller on a next day service!

Ordered a karaoke setup as a present. When it arrived there was a problem, one part was broken, one part was faulty. I contacted ElectroMarket who issued me with a returns number.
As I was in a hurry I took the item back to their store in Thurrock where they tested it and confirmed the problems. They replaced the item immediately and tested it for me before I left.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
