People stay away from speakers Vonyx !!!!!!!! Absolutely rubbish cost me £350 what a load of rubbish stay well away ppl ! Thanks

The 5 star review is for the customer service, their customer service is fantastic and quick and they have been great to deal with. Unfortunately regarding their snow machine products that is not the case. In 2023 I ordered the Beamz Rage 1000, but kept blowing internal fuses. December 2024 I ordered the same model to try agin but the internal fed tank leaked the fluid everywhere so had to send it back. Then ordered the Beamz Snow 600- it did not even switch on. The Beamz Snow 1800 I ordered at the same time as the 600 had issues aswell so had to return the order. So ElectroMarket customer service has been amazing but the Beamz range of snow machine has been very poor.

Honestly I'm vey unhappy with their custome service team. Just make sure you get the right order and your unit is not dented upon delivery because you may not get this resolved. been going back and forth on their pickup return and seem it getting no where. even a friend complained same. Beware

I think I got a return first time round as the seal on the box was broken, the pickup counterweight was rattling around loose in the bottom of the box, and I couldn't get the turntable to work. A replacement record player arrived super fast with appologies and is working perfectly. I am using the player to archive some 78s, 33s & 45s and have to say that the quality from the in-built mp3 recorder is at least equal if not better than my separate mp3 recorder or computer! Had it not been for the initial glitch I would have certainly have given 5 stars for both service and product.

What a service ,delivery was in less than a day …. Slight accident with a remote controller , but just an e mail to Dean and the next day a new remote arrived Haven’t dealt with a company this good in a while 5️⃣⭐️ Thanks

Got the KB2 organ for Christmas. Can't get the single finger chords to work. Read the instruction over and over again, but failed to get single finger chords to work. I now think the KB2 organ is defective. What do I do?

Ordered a beginners Electric Guitar for my 9 year old Daughter and she loves it! Had an issue were only the accessories turned up and Guitar and AMP was missing but excellent customer service provided and these items got sent out the next day, just in time for Xmas! Highly recommend. Thanks guys!

Your next day delivery doesn’t deliver . Warning folks don’t order from here if you desperately need before Xmas as they can’t guarantee and if the delivery is delayed customer services won5. Be in the slightest bit interested !

Fantasic store, great customer service how ever let down by delivery partner. The 'next day' is a lie as they use yodel who are national news for not being able to deliver, as such got it a day late. Not to bad normally how ever I chose them specifically for the next day to cover a failed product.,would hope a company would be on top of that or remove the next day

Its a review mark of two halves... Product was great and as expected. Good value for money. The delivery falls far short. Offering the 'order before 8pm for next day delivery' is just not the case. We received the product 5 days later which isn't unreasonable but not as advertised. I can't blame the courier as it hadn't been sent from the seller on a next day service!

although parcel was slightly delayed by one day at Yodel the emails received keeping me up to date on what was happening was excellent both from Yodel and Electromarket. The goods are a Christmas present for my Grandson and I am sure he will be delighted.
