Unfortunately the item did not work.....so had to be returned.
I should get a full refund.
Also the compartment for the electrical plug was not big enough for the British type of plug., Hence the kid broke trying to shut it .

A mixture of bad and good. The product (a Fenton portable turntable) was of poor quality. However the company's response to my complaint about it was excellent. A refund and paid postage return was agreed the same day.

While this seller made a quick refund I cannot give a higher score as the speakers were faulty on receipt and in my opinion were an end of line product, being as these have been superseded by a new model.
I also found this seller had the exact same product quite a bit cheaper on their own site, than they were charging eBay customers.

I don't think it is for household use which is what I purchased it for (i was intending to use it for a party at home but the constant buzzing ment it couldn't be turned down on low volume ) but for party's in small function rooms it will be perfect once it is in good working order, I'm just waiting for my refund now and hope it comes as fast as the delivery and the return.
