The item I purchased was not as described
It was advertised as a quality sounding unit but it sounds like a child’s toy record player
I was offered a refund but told I would have to pay my own return fees
I should not have to pay to return something that is not as advertised
This then put me off purchasing a replacement ( better ) unit from you

On the afternoon of Monday 21 December, I noticed that I hadn’t received a tracking email only an invoice and a receipt of payment, so I decided to give them a quick call, only to be told that they had actually sold out and that they would need to refund me!!!
From how I understood it, the item was ordered online by a number of people at the same time and the stock levels was not updating to reflect the number of sales.

While this seller made a quick refund I cannot give a higher score as the speakers were faulty on receipt and in my opinion were an end of line product, being as these have been superseded by a new model.
I also found this seller had the exact same product quite a bit cheaper on their own site, than they were charging eBay customers.

Just back home after doing a gig using SKYTEC 1600 speakers 2nd time using them and they packed in at 10pm 2nd night ruined already returned 1 speaker 2 weeks ago because that packed in aswell extremely disappointed and angry been djing for 30 years worst speakers ave ever had they will be getting returned and I want a full refund very poor quality speakers
