A mixture of bad and good. The product (a Fenton portable turntable) was of poor quality. However the company's response to my complaint about it was excellent. A refund and paid postage return was agreed the same day.

The item I purchased was not as described It was advertised as a quality sounding unit but it sounds like a child’s toy record player I was offered a refund but told I would have to pay my own return fees I should not have to pay to return something that is not as advertised This then put me off purchasing a replacement ( better ) unit from you

First delivery was faulty. Replacement product worked but was poor quality, so I returned it but I had to pay for shipping, though site said full refund.

On the afternoon of Monday 21 December, I noticed that I hadn’t received a tracking email only an invoice and a receipt of payment, so I decided to give them a quick call, only to be told that they had actually sold out and that they would need to refund me!!! From how I understood it, the item was ordered online by a number of people at the same time and the stock levels was not updating to reflect the number of sales.

My sons party is this Saturday, we now have no system to celebrate his degree success and we would not like a replacement we just now want a refund which legally we are entitled to.

While this seller made a quick refund I cannot give a higher score as the speakers were faulty on receipt and in my opinion were an end of line product, being as these have been superseded by a new model. I also found this seller had the exact same product quite a bit cheaper on their own site, than they were charging eBay customers.

Just back home after doing a gig using SKYTEC 1600 speakers 2nd time using them and they packed in at 10pm 2nd night ruined already returned 1 speaker 2 weeks ago because that packed in aswell extremely disappointed and angry been djing for 30 years worst speakers ave ever had they will be getting returned and I want a full refund very poor quality speakers
