Ordered a beginners Electric Guitar for my 9 year old Daughter and she loves it! Had an issue were only the accessories turned up and Guitar and AMP was missing but excellent customer service provided and these items got sent out the next day, just in time for Xmas!

Fantasic store, great customer service how ever let down by delivery partner. The 'next day' is a lie as they use yodel who are national news for not being able to deliver, as such got it a day late. Not to bad normally how ever I chose them specifically for the next day to cover a failed product.,would hope a company would be on top of that or remove the next day
