“the snow machine arrived with a technical glitch. I called the service line and, within a few moments, the person I spoke to, took ownership of the remedy and implemented it accordingly. These took the form of arranging a NEXT DAY delivery to me (incidentally with better a machine at no extra cost to me). Additionally, the item with the technical glitch was collected at the same time. Whats not to like - just brilliant service, thanks”
