“I think I got a return first time round as the seal on the box was broken, the pickup counterweight was rattling around loose in the bottom of the box, and I couldn't get the turntable to work. A replacement record player arrived super fast with appologies and is working perfectly. I am using the player to archive some 78s, 33s & 45s and have to say that the quality from the in-built mp3 recorder is at least equal if not better than my separate mp3 recorder or computer! Had it not been for the initial glitch I would have certainly have given 5 stars for both service and product.”

“Fantasic store, great customer service how ever let down by delivery partner. The 'next day' is a lie as they use yodel who are national news for not being able to deliver, as such got it a day late. Not to bad normally how ever I chose them specifically for the next day to cover a failed product.,would hope a company would be on top of that or remove the next day”

“Having found and decided that the VONYX VSA500-BP 12" specification was appropriate for use as a lecture PA aid I was pleased that it also had three radio mics included for this purpose. However, the clip-on lapel mic didn't pick up the voice very well and suffered from disturbing handling noise. The system could be powered with its internal 12v rechargeable battery, which could be an advantage in certain circumstances, but there was no power supply included. Also, I found the instructions unclear for charging when using the power lead and the amp turned off. I had to call service to have the light indications clarified as they didn't seem to show what was happening clearly. I was pleased however to be able to have a speaker cover included at a discount. I also added a speaker stand, both of which were very well made. As a general note, I feel that all PA systems output power should be rated in RMS rather than the marketing hype amplifier/speaker total wattage, in this case, 400w rather than 800w. In that way what you would get is what you hear. All in all though good quality and price with fast delivery included.”

“The equipment I bought was good quality and customer service was satisfactory my only concern was with shipping or stock picking as It took 4 days of individual deliveries by DPD and 3 calls to customer services to sort which meant me having to take time off to be in for the deliveries due to value and size of items. If items are sold as a kit they should be delivered as a kit. Will still buy from you again though. Kind Regards Keith”
