“The 5 star review is for the customer service, their customer service is fantastic and quick and they have been great to deal with. Unfortunately regarding their snow machine products that is not the case. In 2023 I ordered the Beamz Rage 1000, but kept blowing internal fuses. December 2024 I ordered the same model to try agin but the internal fed tank leaked the fluid everywhere so had to send it back. Then ordered the Beamz Snow 600- it did not even switch on. The Beamz Snow 1800 I ordered at the same time as the 600 had issues aswell so had to return the order. So ElectroMarket customer service has been amazing but the Beamz range of snow machine has been very poor.”

“Ordered a beginners Electric Guitar for my 9 year old Daughter and she loves it! Had an issue were only the accessories turned up and Guitar and AMP was missing but excellent customer service provided and these items got sent out the next day, just in time for Xmas! Highly recommend. Thanks guys!”

“although parcel was slightly delayed by one day at Yodel the emails received keeping me up to date on what was happening was excellent both from Yodel and Electromarket. The goods are a Christmas present for my Grandson and I am sure he will be delighted.”
