Shocking company. If stock is faulty they never replace ...just thob you off with rubbish. Told me they had fixed my speaker when they hadn't then heard there was a problem with the circuit boards that they knew about and still never replaced. There are better out there .......buy cheap....buy twice

People stay away from speakers Vonyx !!!!!!!! Absolutely rubbish cost me £350 what a load of rubbish stay well away ppl ! Thanks

Got the KB2 organ for Christmas. Can't get the single finger chords to work. Read the instruction over and over again, but failed to get single finger chords to work. I now think the KB2 organ is defective. What do I do?

Your next day delivery doesn’t deliver . Warning folks don’t order from here if you desperately need before Xmas as they can’t guarantee and if the delivery is delayed customer services won5. Be in the slightest bit interested !

No instructions at all to set the system up! This is impossible to do without instructions! No trouble shooting assistance…. Turned unit on and it came up with “no disk” but you just have to guess what that means! When I first unboxed everything I was impressed with the look but as I have no idea how to set it ip and there are no instructions of diagrams on how to set it up I basically have unusable junk in my sitting room now. May be ok if you are a professional in this field but for the average person, save your self the stress and frustration of purchasing this system. You just wont be able to set it up!!!

Ref: Order Number 749738 Very Poor Customer customer service as well as the poor product. We received new 2 sound boxes. Dropped and cracked. Then they reposted the new system took back the cracked one. But actual cordless speaker box, battery for the corded speaker, battery for the remote was missing. I have tried to contact them many times. No response. I requested to take back with full refund. God knows if I will get a response at all or not. It was ordered for my birthday party this Saturday. But no response from them. So stressful. Poor service with the poor product.

I don't normally write reviews but I feel I have to. These Speakers have no real volume to them, the bass is none existent and anything over 1/2 way on volume the speakers blow and have no deep bass capabilities the treble is too high. Just really bad speakers. I know there cheap but for 800w 15" speakers I would expect some sort of deep bass, but nothing.

Bought a digital radio it can’t get a reception in the house yet all the other cheap radios that I have they can get a connection substandard cheap goods from this company and we’ll overpriced for the lack of quality

I still haven’t received goods although yodel said to deliver fri 4-6 it didn’t arrive and yodel are still saying with driver (automated system). Can you chase your end please?

A100B Premium Bluetooth Ceiling Speaker System - 4 x FCS5 - Doesn't connect to LG or Alexa devices! And helpdesk unable to offer any technical support/suggestions. I bought this speaker system to use in my kitchen, where I have 2 devices from LG and an Alexa and the wall amp doesn't connect to either through Bluetooth. I am able to connect using my i-phone but it's far from ideal as the music goes off any time I need to use my phone or leave the room. If you too want a system to pair to your Amazon devices then definitely avoid this system.

Unit went wrong after 2p min of use I'd had it as a spare so never tried it . Tried getting fixed but apparently no aftersales service in doubt to ever by another product. I've had an engineer trying to locate a main, board but it may cost as much as unit cost me !!!

I purchased the BGO30 power dynamics 4x speaker system. I cannot stress enough how awful the bass on it is. Do not waste your time buying it. I strongly advise anyone to go to your nearest curry’s and try out some systems, at least you can take them back in person too if they’re rubbish. Seeing how bad this system is has put me off buying things like this online. Honestly please don’t waste your time and money. Go to a shop and try some!

Extremely disappointing! Not only was the product faulty, they didn't even come to pick up the product when they promised. I've lost 2 days of work to be at home so they can collect the large box. Definitely never buying anything from this company again. Very bad experience.
