“I bought the wrong stuff with no DMX control, like a right novice... Within the same week I had an upgrade, perfect and in working order. The payment was easy too, the extra just came off what I had already paid. Absolutely fantastic customer service. :)”

“quick response, delivered when said it would. sadly item not as i wanted no problem.spoke to very understanding member of staff, she organised a pick up return the next day and offer of a full refund. no squabbles, ifs or buts,perfect. i will certainly use them again.”

“I have been replacing equipment in several venues and thought I would try out some of your equipment. Delivery was very quick and for the price I paid Im very happy with the gear. If it continues to work ok I have another four venues to refurbish and I will go with you.”

“Well I am super satisfied with ElectroMarket. They have been nothing but helpful I've bought a few lighting products and one arrived with a small fault . I contacted them through email and they organised a new one to be delivered and the old one to be picked up ! Great service from start to finish . 110% satisfied Thankyou !”
