“I have given 4 stars based on the customer service person I spoke to, how polite and quick he was to solve my issue - would love to give him a personal shoutout but I didn’t catch his name. The first record player I received was unfortunately not good, the box was battered and I could tell this was a return that had been sent to me, when plugged in it did nothing and I was gutted. Instantly rang up your customer services and you where great, apologetic and fast to solve the problem, I had a new record player coming the next day which arrived super quick at 12noon and then someone came to pick up the damaged one to be returned. The new one is perfect, works great and a good quality product. Thank you for some great customer service, something that’s hard to find these days 🙏”

“Delivery was on time and in full. The only thing I would have liked was normal 3 pin plugs on the power leads suppled as the ones that came with my equipment were only 2 pin European plugs. No use in the UK.”

“This guitar is high quality and sounds good when tuned. One of the only problems I had was the 1st string snapped while tuning so I had to use the replacement to fix it.”
