“Quick dispatch, we had a few problems working the new equipment when we had received it so we rang them for help & talked us through what we needed to do, so that was a great help. Very happy with PA & with customer service, would deal with again.”

“Item was sold out and the company was unable to supply as at the time requested but made every effort to keep customer informed of their stock position and what they were doing to meet the demand. The item was eventually supplied within the period they advised they were going to receive new stock. Not only that, the delivery was placed on fast track. That is highly commendable.”

“Great customer service. I ordered a lot of lights off them and they come really quick. Only bad point was one of the lights was broken and as they was a matching pair I couldn't use them on a job and they couldn't get the new one to me as it was a Friday and the next day delivery doesn't apply for weekends. I will be ordering more soon great company.”
