“An excellent Service, called to inform one of my Beamz light mirrors had been damaged in transit. I did explain that we had ordered a set of two and the other one had arrived in excellent condition. They were so helpful on the phone and said a replacement would be sent the next day, which it was and received this in excellent condition. We had purchased Vonyx speakers previously and will definitely purchase more items from Electromarket in the future. Excellent service thank you.”

“Any company can sell you kit but the after care team (luke) went above and beyond to help me out when I had a product manufacturing issue. Highly recommended these guys. Will be ordering more kit from this brillant company again very soon.”

“When I ordered my speakers they were delivered the very next day. One of them developed a fault and the replacements were also organised on a next day service. I cannot fault them and would recommend them to anyone looking for product they sell.”

“I wish all companies were like this. Bought two items for the lowest price anywhere and delivered next day as promised. I'm not a tekkie and they followed up with some amazing technical help. Absolutely first class and a pleasure to deal with. 5 stars all the way”

“Really great company, and I don't say that often! I've never been compelled to leave an online review of any sort before, but I couldn't let the good things electromarket do go unnoticed. They simply went above and beyond to help me...the salesman I spoke with spent an hour on the phone with me just giving me some much needed advice about being a mobile dj!! Very impressed! Didn't push me to buy anything, and seemed genuinely pleased to answer my questions. I was so impressed that I ended up buying a lot of gear from them, and I was even more impressed when the order turned up at my doorstep the next day! Packaged well and all in tact. Superb service, I will be back for sure!! Keep it up guys :)”

“The sales guys really helped me get what I needed. I was going to buy something online but they told me to pop into the store so I could hear what I was about to buy. I was so glad I did because it wasn't what I needed. They showed me some other products and I brought the speakers I needed. I will be back!”

“I came across Electro Market by mistake. What a great Mistake it was. I placed my order yesterday and just received my BBA1764 Speakers. Got them up and working no problems. Great service, great product and excellent prices. Highly recommend these guys.”

“This is a genuine review. I had a problem with speakers that Electronet exchanged 3 times without hesitation. All speakers were delivered the next day. Really good customer service, can't fault this company at all. Thanks”

“Really helpful staff. Explained the delivery service. Product came exactly on time and in good condition. Bought a pair of FENTON passive 300 watts each, home hi-fi speakers, to replace a pair of Accoustic Energy 150 watt speakers costing £299 in 2003. I kept blowing the sub-woofer speakers as i like some deep base sounds! And even on 3/4 power, i was getting a 'popping' sound and distortion, which kept ripping the cones. I'm not a 'purist hi-fi enthusiast' but i have also had a KEF 700 watt surround sound system, costing £800 in 2003. These FENTON 300 watt speakers are the best buy i've ever made! The sound is 5 times better than the brand named speakers i have had for the last 14 years! They are brilliant for the money (£125- delivered!!). I've given them some 'stick' in the week i've had them and i absolutely love the base, vibrating through my lounge floor! Pick your favourite guitar & base music! AC/DC, Dire Straits. Enigma, Eric Clapton, Jethro Tull, these speakers will eat them up! Fantastic; Recommend them; If i ever did burst a speaker...they're so good value, i'd just buy another pair, just to have for spares!!! Very, very, impressive for the price. Made in China! well good on them for re-producing a product, better than the popular brand names.”
