“ElectroMarket is my Business supplier and i wouldn't go any where else! Have used other companies in the past and had bad experiences and was so lucky to have found these guys. Danny and the Team are so welcoming and are there to help me always. Extremely friendly and helpful, they would bend over backwards to help out there clients. Im in safe hands here at Electromarket, been using them now for nearly 3 years and they have never failed me. Great prices, quality equipment and honest advise. Would recommend to all! “I recently purchased a portable PA system which, when it arrived, did not operate as expected. I concluded that it was faulty & contacted the company which arranged for it to be collected & a replacement sent. The replacement, which arrived the NEXT DAY, had the same "fault" which, I subsequently discovered, had arisen a a result of a misunderstanding on my part of how the system operated. As a result, this made the system unsuitable for my purposes, Danny & Jamie replied promptly to my e'mails & suggested alternatives. I arranged to visit the showroom where I found Jamie to be extremely helpful & happy to demonstrate an alternative. I cannot thank them enough for their help & patience in their dealings with me”

“Outstanding company. I had an issue with a product and they sorted it with no fuss at all. In a faceless internet world they have an ethos of a good, professional customer service, something which is expected but sadly lacking in almost every other company we deal with. Every enquiry was answered promptly and courteously. Use ElectroMarket with confidence beacuse I will have no qualms about going to them again.”

“customer service were very helpful at electromarket, however same can not be said for the delivery company they use. item was twice taken back to depot without an attempted delivery as they claimed not to have address (they did) or were unsure of location. its a 1000ft long street and its a business so not exactly inconspicuous. shame as it unfortunately reflects badly on what is a good company to order from in electromarket. maybe they will reconsider the delivery company they use as i know im not the only person to have issues with that company. driver also showed up whinging and whining about how hard it was to find the place when no other company seems to have trouble.”

“We had great service and the staff could not have been more helpful and patient with us. I bet they don't get many customers that test out various speakers by playing Radio 4's 'You and Yours' through them. And the kit we came away with, it was a great price and perfect for the job.”

“I bought a pair or speakers from electromarket (destiny entertainments) off ebay when I got the speakers they were not the ones I ordered but needed them so had to use them BUT on the night I found one speaker was not working correctly as is in the the tweeter ??? RUNG THEM A FEW TIMES FINALY GOT REPONCE !!! OK send it back £20 I had to pay 3 weeks later I'M Still waiting!!!!!!”
