“Great service”

“Electromarket can't be beaten on customer service. I ordered this set and it came the next day, however the speakers had a European plug. I called them up and they had another set sent the next day and arranged the pick up for the same time. The next problem I had was connecting the speakers to the player via Bluetooth. A guy called Sergio (I think) went through this with me and we couldn't get it to work. He said that he was going to get a set out of the warehouse and investigate, he promised to call me back between 4 and 5pm. He called back at just after 4pm and said it was a problem with the instructions. He talked me through setting them up and yes, it worked. I have never known customer service like it. The turntable itself is amazing, all functions work perfectly and the speaker, although lacking a good base are really good. One very happy customer who will be returning to purchase again I am sure. For someone I hadn't used this company before, I was a little wary but honestly, no problems here at all, fabulous company to deal with.”

“This guitar is high quality and sounds good when tuned. One of the only problems I had was the 1st string snapped while tuning so I had to use the replacement to fix it.”
