“Hey I am not happy about the product that I received.I ordered two skytec amp, skytec 6000 and Skytec 7000. I opened the boxes only today and on my surprise the amp. skytec 7000 was not well producted and was damaged.”

“When ordering my product before the easter bank holiday I was expecting a delay in delivery. I was most surprised when it arrived the day before estimated delivery. The product is excellent and description was spot on. The speed of service and contact from the seller was superb, I would recommend them anyone.”

“No speaker wire in box and I payed for it. Now having to wait for them to send it. Speaker sound quality not great considering there ment to be 400w max each speaker. Wont be using again for sure.”

“Didn't speak to anyone tbh but everything arrived on time and boxed well , only thing was the connectors on the back of the speakers were not very good one hole was filled in and had to drill the other was just spinning as the nut on the back had not been tighted up apart from that all good , oh and I don't think it's as loud as advertised but it's only in my home so not too gutted about that , but for the money it's not that bad I was looking at another one that u are selling but I will have to past unless the price comes right down to about £100/£80 , but yeah I am happy with it looks fine . Hope the honesty has helped , on eBay I wrote it's all good and didn't moan about the defects as they were a quick fix but I can imagine that some people can't do the things I can and might not be happy at all , oh the speaker wire to at the bottom of the box I would place it inside as I was so close to putting it in the bin , thank u and I hope u see this as helpful and not moaning”

“I ordered speakers and stands and paid for next day delivery but I missed the cut off time by a few minutes, have them a quick call and the guy pushed it through for me. Had them by 3pm the next day just before the bank holiday weekend. Fantastic service, will definitely recommend and re-order from ElectroMarket”

“A very professional service from ordering to delivery of the product. I even received emails for every step of the process. However, as usual and not the fault of ElectroMarket, the packaging was fairly roughed up, so much so that one of the polystyrene corner supports was in bits, rather concerning when it comes to shipping delicate items like amplifiers. I checked it out and thankfully everything is working fine.”
