“I received a mixer amp. which turned out to be faulty. I made a phone call to Electromarket and without any fuss, I was apologised to and told a replacement would be sent out right away by courier which it was, I received the replacement in two days. From receiving the original order to receiving the replacement was quicker altogether than the time it has taken for some items to come from sellers. Would have no hesitation in dealing with them again. Many thanks to the company for it's service. John Balfour, Blackpool. U.K.”

“Everything was perfect, communications and information with electromarket , payment, confirmation emails and bills, can not complain about the way you treat your customers. The item I bought has no problem, works perfect and I am super happy about it. The only problem was the delivery company, not able to speak with anyone there for 2 days and the email I had just said ''not delivered - large item''. When someone finally decided to pick the phone up the answer was ''this box is too big for our van, you should call the retailer'', like if it was electromarket fault if the delivery company could not fit a box in the van... was a bit ridiculous to me.. However, thank you electromarket for the great service from your side ! :)”

“Referring to "Destiny Entertainments Ltd: Sales Order #118879", I have to say the product seems to be disappeared somewhere in UK. DHL office states the item is never arrived in their hands, while the seller states the product has been dispatched. I'm really upset, because the payment has been charged on my credit card, but I'm sure I will never receive the paid item. My obvious conclusion will be I will never buy online items when the seller is located in UK.”
