“I WASNT HAPPY WITH THE FIRST SET OF SPEAKERS I RECEIVED.I DIDNT FEEL THAT THEY WERE AS POWERFUL AS DESCRIBED.SO I CALLED THE SALES TEAM WHO WERE VERY HELPFUL ON ARRANGING AN UPGRADE.THE ONLY GRIPE WAS THAT I THOUGHT THE RETURN CHARGE WAS A BIT EXCESSIVE.”

Hi Stanley, thank you for your feedback. Sometimes depending on the size of the venue the speakers perform differently. Our return charge on non faulty items is purely to cover the cost of delivery back to us. Hope you understand. Once again thank you for your great review of Electromarket.

“Ordered a karaoke setup as a present. When it arrived there was a problem, one part was broken, one part was faulty. I contacted Electromarket who issued me with a returns number. As I was in a hurry I took the item back to their store in Thurrock where they tested it and confirmed the problems. They replaced the item immediately and tested it for me before I left. The staff were friendly and helpful.”

“The Skytec mixer came on time and was well packaged for protection. I've only tried it out on my powered speakers so far but the sound is good and it mixes well. The sound effects work alright and the usb port works well with an 8gig flash drive. I've not tried it with anything bigger. I would recommend this unit to my friends.”
