“A sign of a good company, is good customer service, and good customer service only comes to light when there a problem. My goods were dispatched quickly, with tracking details, however, the courier company seem to keep hold of the package for an unrealisable amount of time, Electromarket offered to send out another within a week, But having previous poor experience of Hermes, told them to wait, and the speakers were finally delivered, and were as good as I expected. Communication has been excellent, and i'm a very happy customer.”

“My second purchase from Electromarket, and both times they had the best price for what I wanted. Delivery was bang on time and the lights were packed properly for transit. All in all a great online experience and I would recommend to anyone.”

“Had problems with recent purchase which ended up being manufacturer problem Were very helpful sorted out replacements superior to what I originally purchased and at a special discounted price for my trouble Good customer services highly recommended”

“I needed a 25 Watt ultra violet compact fluorescent light. I have bought other makes / models, but their light output was far inferior to the one I bought from Electromarket. And a fair but more expensive. So, I am very pleased with my purchase!”

“The order arrived next day, very well packed and undamaged. I was kept up to date on delivery status by e-mail and mobile messages, including a one hour delivery window during which the goods duly arrived, so I didn't have to wait in all day for the convenience of the couriers. “We had a problem with carriers damaging both snow machines that we ordered for the opening of the grotto in our shopping centre and without delay there was 2 new snow machines dispatched the next day thanks to Bev in customer services highly recommended service”
