“All good quick delivery will use again”

“Product good and compact to carry around. I used these as passive fold-back speakers and they are great with enough power and range. Had an issue as I ordered 2 sets but only received 1 so contacted ElectroMarket and they resolved the situation the following day. I received the 2nd parcel within 48 hours of notifying the company so well done.”

“A mixture of bad and good. The product (a Fenton portable turntable) was of poor quality. However the company's response to my complaint about it was excellent. A refund and paid postage return was agreed the same day.”

“Ordered Audizio record player and was delivered next day. Sadly when used for the first time the tonearm seized. A phone call was made to Electromarket explaining the problem and a replacement arrived the next day. Happily this one works as expected. Excellent service thank you.”

“Extremely disappointing! Not only was the product faulty, they didn't even come to pick up the product when they promised. I've lost 2 days of work to be at home so they can collect the large box. Definitely never buying anything from this company again. Very bad experience.”
