“I bought headphones and when I received them the jack was 6.5mm which is not appropriate for many devices like my laptop. This could have been made clearer when I placed the order, I have since had to buy an adapter.”

“Delivery was good and efficient. The product box was not sealed as new and the fixing frame was bent. Making me think it was pre used in some way. The Mixer I purchased worked ok, shame the mic override button did not "Automatically" work like I expected. One of the buttons fell off but glued back ok. The built in MP3 is great and the sound is good, no tone control.”

“Ordered an item , mislaid or lost in transit/post ! Contacted company and very quickly resolved and am now waiting on a replacement item , these scenarios do happen occasionally but my item was/is a signed for package . Being 2 days late no alarm bells were rung at post point !!! Thus only 4 stars for service , sorry .”

“Prompt delivery, havent really used the system for karaoke as I need a rc jack to connect it to pc. I have played music through USB and I am happy with the sound quality.”

“My order from to UK to Belgium was delivered quickly and the goods were perfect. One small detail : at first they couldn't send me an invoice, only a sales order. But by exception they have changed the sales order into "invoice". So, everything was good.”

“Good purchase for a good price, only didn't know that the amp I was buying had being discontinued 2 years ago and that the fan was going to be that noisy. They offered a replacement, but difference to a new standard more than doubled the price. Had I known it before I would have thought at something completely different altogether.”
