“Ref: Order Number 749738 Very Poor Customer customer service as well as the poor product. We received new 2 sound boxes. Dropped and cracked. Then they reposted the new system took back the cracked one. But actual cordless speaker box, battery for the corded speaker, battery for the remote was missing. I have tried to contact them many times. No response. I requested to take back with full refund. God knows if I will get a response at all or not. It was ordered for my birthday party this Saturday. But no response from them. So stressful. Poor service with the poor product.”

We are so sorry for this experience with us and the issues with your order. We understand how stressful and disappointing it must be to have your birthday arrangements affected by a faulty product. We try to provide our customers with the best service and products and this obviously did not happen in your case. We aim to respond to all of our customers within 24 hours (excluding weekends), unfortunately, due to receiving 5 replies from you within 24 hours, every additional email will flag the email chain as new, and therefore unfortunately delays our response. I can see our team have got back to you and has arranged for the missing parts to be sent to you and these will arrive with you tomorrow. Once again, we do apologise for all the inconvenience caused. “I have given 4 stars based on the customer service person I spoke to, how polite and quick he was to solve my issue - would love to give him a personal shoutout but I didn’t catch his name. The first record player I received was unfortunately not good, the box was battered and I could tell this was a return that had been sent to me, when plugged in it did nothing and I was gutted. Instantly rang up your customer services and you where great, apologetic and fast to solve the problem, I had a new record player coming the next day which arrived super quick at 12noon and then someone came to pick up the damaged one to be returned. The new one is perfect, works great and a good quality product. Thank you for some great customer service, something that’s hard to find these days 🙏”
