“Bought professional musical products with exceptional service including regular updating about delivery and great packing. Also I am a returning customer having got musical items from them about three years ago. A fantastic team on and off Ebay. Have them as saved seller and highly recommended.”

“Very impressed with the team at ElectroMarket. Jamie was the rep I dealt with. He was very efficient and had my order with me within a few days. Unfortunately upon arrival one item was defective so I contacted the team by email and a replacement and return was set up in no time by Ryan. Very impressed with the service from both Ryan and Jamie.”

“I found the ordering process very easy as I had a very helpful online chat with a customer advisor who answered all my queries quickly and efficiently. When the item took a few extra days to be delivered I rang and spoke to a brilliant customer advisor who took my query seriously, investigated the problem and then rang me to update me on the outcome. So Brilliant customer help and support- well done. When item did arrive it was as described and very suitable for purpose.”

“Delivery was very quick and the price was excellent. Unfortunately, the product was faulty and didn't work. Electromarket immediately accepted the return and refunded my payment. For that reason, I can only give them 5 stars!”
