“I found the ordering process very easy as I had a very helpful online chat with a customer advisor who answered all my queries quickly and efficiently. When the item took a few extra days to be delivered I rang and spoke to a brilliant customer advisor who took my query seriously, investigated the problem and then rang me to update me on the outcome. So Brilliant customer help and support- well done. When item did arrive it was as described and very suitable for purpose.”

“Delivery was very quick and the price was excellent. Unfortunately, the product was faulty and didn't work. Electromarket immediately accepted the return and refunded my payment. For that reason, I can only give them 5 stars!”

“Speaker arrived promptly. Good quality, easy to use for a technophobe! Phone call to company re: a suitable microphone to go with it. Extremely helpful response. He did not try to sell me the most expensive, rather, something simple that I would be able to understand. It took a bit longer than expected to arrive. ( The day after my first gig!) but, again, was just what I needed. Thank you.”
