“Item was placed over the phone and in chat still the item was sent wrong and still waiting for a refund .won't use again as the service was not good and try ed to charge me at first £20 each for a resistor .then said £8 for two not a honest service I think beware .item is only £3.89 for 5 on ebay .”

“Some of the equipment is very cheap.. has a flimsy feel to it and sound quality is not up to much either.. had to replace amplifier as it was flimsy and dangerous... the replacement they sent does not even pair with Bluetooth devices as advertised... will not bother anymore...just cut my losses..”

“Purchased product on a Tuesday, was told it would be sent by 48h Courier. Friday came and the tracker said "Out For Delivery 08:57am" and I expected to have my product in time for the event id be using them in. Received no update on item, and couldn't get any contact with the supplier. Over the weekend, again no product received and no update was available on where the item was. Received the product Monday almost a week after purchasing. Very poor service.”
