“Good communication but not the fastest delivery in the world. Item is not exactly as the picture, the one that landed is lightweight aluminium with 'teeth' however it does serve my purpose so no real issue.”

“I order to items for next day delivery but the item arrived five days later, when i call to check the progress of the the order there was no one to answer the call, but there was some one to take calls if you want to make a new order, anyways i had to leave a voice mail and i was called later to be informed that the order has been dispatched, but at the same time i was not told that only part of the the order had been dispatched, to cut the story short i'm still waiting for part of my order or phone/email call to say anything. many thanks.”

“I received the above on Wednesday 24/2/16. When setting up the system we had two problems:- Couldn't find how to connect the two plastic attachments (with screws) no instructions in the booklet. The wireless head set not working. My husband emailed you to let you know and also rang on numerous occasions and left messages that we wanted to talk to someone to get some advice on the set up. To date we have had not call back and now had a return authorisation sent to return the head set and a confirmation that you are sending out a replacement head set. We are still in the dark about the two plastic pieces, and whether or not,(as we cannot find how to fit them), has anything to do with the head set not working? We received the replacement head set and again not working. All we wanted was someone to ring us to give advice but again to date this has not been forthcoming. I am very disappointed at the lack of verbal communication and assistance from you.”
