“While this seller made a quick refund I cannot give a higher score as the speakers were faulty on receipt and in my opinion were an end of line product, being as these have been superseded by a new model. I also found this seller had the exact same product quite a bit cheaper on their own site, than they were charging eBay customers.”

“I ordered via their shop on eBay. Before they despatched, I got a friendly phone call to ensure I had ordered the right setup for my purpose of use. I had. However, I had a few questions and was delighted to find that the setup is expandable as I progress my use, and can add on when I want to without breaking the bank. I received lots of helpful advice, backed up with an email to confirm what we discussed on the phone, and details of the right selections for growing pa additions. I will certainly become a repeat customer.”

“For its price it is an extremely good speaker. This price for an active speaker is unbeatable. The sound is far in excess of what I expected. To have an amplifier incorporated saves taking a separate amp. Only had it for 1 week but will be at a wedding venue this Saturday I am very hopeful of its success.”

“I purchased a set of Speaker (PA) from their ebay store and there was a fault with one of them I telephoned spoke to a bice woman who quickly sorted the problem there was no fuss just good old Fashioned Service I would buy from them again”

“I wanted a Lazer and was told you was out of stock and would have one in during the week. I paid for it over the counter and was told as soon as it arrives at the shop it would be sent out to me. A week later I phone to find out where my lazer is and was told it will not be arriving at your shop until 20th July! I would have ordered this lazer else where (my current supplier has them on the shelf) if I had been told in the first place it would take that long to get it from yourselves. This is the first time i have used your shop and to be honest it hasn't given me a very good first impression.”
