“Firstly Rob has been very helpful, however we ordered 2 x speakers and an amp for a graduation present for my son, and for his graduation party this Saturday. The set arrived and after setting it up according to the instructions the amp after a short while caught fire. My son explained how he set it up to Rob, Rob agreed it was appropriate and a new amp was ordered. On receipt my husband helped set the system up (my husband used to set up amps and speakers for a living) the same thing happened, the amp actually caught light again after working fine for a minute or so. My sons party is this Saturday, we now have no system to celebrate his degree success and we would not like a replacement we just now want a refund which legally we are entitled to. The system is unsafe and we do not want it. You are charging us £20 for collection. PLEASE can we get this resolved so I can buy my son a replacement system for his party tomorrow! Thank you”

“hi a few days ago we visited elctro market and if I remember his name was rob , he was absolutely brilliant with us , showed us what sort of sound speakers we needed as we had no idea ,first time buying speakers for house parties, he explained everything to us what power ,what leads ,stands etc. so after that he showed us full display of lighting .we shall highly recommend to friends and family and also facebook . we will definitely be visiting your store again . Once again rob is a very excellent member of your staff and first appearances count so much many thks dj malc Bradley.”

“I ordered a sound system on Thursday at 12.00 and paid the extra for next day delivery as I needed it for an event on Saturday, this was confirmed by an email to tell me delivery was expected Friday. I received a phone call and another email on Friday to tell me that my item was being dispatched and would be delivered Monday, when I explained that the item was needed for Saturday and that I had paid for overnight delivery, I was told 'That isn't how overnight delivery works' !!!! I then explained that I had worked in the overnight parcel business for 15 years and that's exactly how it works! I requested an upgrade to Saturday Delivery and was then told that I would be transferred to 'Customer Service' but was promptly disconnected. Everytime I tried calling back on their landline (which seemed to divert to mobile) they hung up on me each time without even speaking. The item did finally arrive Monday afternoon, too late for the event that I needed it for. Avoid!!”
