“had an issue with a par can - which can happen with any equipment. Chaps in store were helpful and managed to get a replacement model within a week! Well done and good job!”

“Delivery was very good,the product is first class ,. There is one minor issue , if you touch the power cable when altering volume the power is interrupted, faulty socket perhaps??”

“I am a complete novice when it comes to audio connections and devices. I had a specific need for a seminar and Beverley guided me through the choice of equipment I might use. I placed the order online and forgot to order an essential item - no worries Beverley spotted the mistake and reminded me. All in all such great customer service and experience.”

“Hi, I thought you had sent the second set of speakers as the first set are damaged. However on opening the second set they are also damaged. Please could you send the courier to collect both speakers on Tuesday rather than tomorrow as I both set of speakers were damage will not be home. Many thanks Lavinia Leader”

“Asked the advice and opinion from "Rob" a very helpful and knowledgeable guy who took time to listen to my requirements advice me on my best options and gave me a discount! How good is that!
