“I am still to receive my item . I have an email from courier company advising me I have to pay €18.95 for customs Duty before they will release. I paid extra for Shipping and would have though this duty was covered in Price.”

“I bought the cds 130 plus drum kit and the ukey ukele I can't comment on their use or longevity because they are Xmas gifts but will update further. Delivery and communication were excellent as was the price.”

“After using it for the first time at a meeting, I am very pleased with the Portable Handheld PA System - Vonyx ST016 which I bought recently. ElectroMarket was very helpful when I phoned with several queries before purchasing and with more queries on receipt of the amplifier. My only niggle is the lapel microphone which does not amplify the voice as well as the other two microphones.”

“had to return an order I got a replacement but it arrived not sealed like the first but found to be in good working order I found the box full of animal hair suggesting the last person open the box had a pet.”

Hi Dawn, we're sorry you found the item not to be sealed. Every single order we send out is sent out securely sealed. It is possible that it may have been opened during transit or thereafter and although out of our control, for this we apologise.

“Bought this snow machine for a kids Xmas party, tried it out in the garden before hand and it's fantastic, sprays evenly and didn't make any marks on my sons clothes (who was stood underneath)”
