“The box arrived extremely damaged and had been opened. Can't say I was happy with response and if I want to send it back I may have to pay postage!! My daughter is opening a damaged box for Xmas.”

We're sorry the box you received arrived damaged and looked like it had been opened. We can confirm that no boxes leaving us are left opened and the padding of the box should protect it against general bumps and bruises. We'd be happy to replace this for you, but unfortunately we do require this to be sent back to us. “I've used ElectroMarket for a couple of years now and always been very pleased. I had a snow machine from them last year which developed a fault...it was replaced the same day! I then ran out of snow fluid and needed more quickly, Danny delivered it personally on the way home!! Great company”

“Ordered midday & received my order less than 24 hours later. We'll packaged and as ordered. Can't ask for more than that. Competitive pricing, good selection to chose from and excellent communication from then and the courier throughout the whole process 👍”
