“The estimated dilivery was 2-3 and it came on the 1st. The problem arose with the courier, just in case it came early l arranged with my neighbour to receive it as l had to go out. The courier left a card which was not clear where the parcel was. It transpires that he had retained as it needed a signature but l had left a note on my door specially asking for it go go elsewhere why couldn't my neighbour sign for it?”
