“I bought a fog machine back in Feb 2105 and it broke down. I emailed to find out what to do and within 24 hours i had a reply saying that they were very sorry for my faulty product and that they would send me another which reached me with in 2 days. Excellent service.”

“great service,great piece of equipment,better than expected. slight damage to corner guard due to bad packing,nothing too serious,and did respond as soon as i reported the issue. i`d be pleased to deal with this company again.”

“I ordered a pair of speakers and the delivery was so prompt within the quoted delivery date and well monitored. However, we no longer require and those items and return them which they were really helpful and considerate.”

“One small light was not working on a pair of skytec speakers, so instead of sending the speaker back I was offered a set of free headphones as a gift. Very happy with both products and would recommend electro market to friends and family. Thank you so much.”

“I recently had cause to return a speaker which had developed a fault. I bought the speaker back in January 2015 but the sound would cut out and the speaker would then need a power 'reboot' to get it working again (or even several 'reboots'). Sometimes however it worked fine without any sign of a problem. As such it was unreliable and as my wife used it for her Zumba classes she had lost confidence in using it. I raised a RMA via the website and exchanged email to arrange to deliver the speaker back to the sales outlet in Thurrock in person on a Saturday as I happened to be in the area during the 30 day RMA period. When I explained the problem to the engineer he offered to provide me with an alternative speaker, one which was an almost identical model but branded by a different manufacturer and reportedly a more reliable make, to take away with me rather than him confirming a few days later my original speaker couldn't be repaired to then send me a replacement. In addition, as the replacement was about £15 cheaper than my original purchase he even threw in an audio cable to make up the difference. So, whilst I was disappointed that my original device had become faulty I was extremely pleased with the service I had received from Electromarket in dealing with my issue, particularly as I had left their premises with a better model replacement in the boot of my car! Based on that experience I would definitely buy other products from them, which incidentally I find their prices to be very competitive :)”
