“Product o.k. and arrived in specified time however I did not receive an invoice and when I phoned to request one I was greeted by a "lady" who had obviously been thrown out of charm school and was spoken to as if I was retarded.Will never deal with again.”

“I rang for advice; was given thorough and unbiased advice (mirrored other advice given from other parties) regarding a particularly odd purchase- a portable amplifier system. Honestly given advice and help in choosing a product that proved to be delivered when said ( a few days only) and also proved to be just what I needed. Many thanks! I would definitely use your store again.”
