“The whole process was very smooth indeed. The staff were very professional in offering advice and reccommendations and the equipment was perfect for my needs. The delivery was very quick and I am extremely happy with everything. I will definitely be using and recommending Electra in the future. Thanks guys.........”

“Ordered goods on Wednesday after 2pm cut off point, which was fine as I Paid the most expensive delivery charge DPD for next day delivery, expecting my disco lights to be delivered on the Friday. When I called on the the Friday afternoon as to enquire what time to expect delivery, I was told my order had not even been dispatched and they were hoping for delivery on Saturday. This was no good as I ordered in plenty of time and paid for it to ensure I had the lights for my 9 year olds disco party on the Friday night. No real apology was offered mearly a refund which was really no good and I had to take an afternoon off work to drive round and try and find some alternatives for that night. They then tried to deliver the goods on the Monday after I asked to cancel and I refused delivery and still awaiting a refund”

Hi Andrew, we are really sorry you did not receive your goods in time. We always try to deliver on time but sometimes the courier service can be delayed due to traffic and other unforeseen problems. Our customer service team have already been in touch with you regarding the refund. They are awaiting your reply. Once again sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you and your son.

“I ordered a product which was meant to arrive within 5 days. It never did so I had to contact them and they told me it was lost and reassured me it would be redelivered in the next two days. When the courier arrived he told me that he was meant to collect the product I "received" in order to give me the new one. I told him that it was lost and he didn't have to pick up anything, he left with my product as he was instructed to collect the product from me and then give me the new one. I chased up their customer service who provided an extremely poor service, no manners and they promised me that the product would be redelivered again today... well guess what.. I haven't received it”

“Always good service with friendly staff willing to chat about the pros and cons of equipment. Great showroom where you can see lighting and listen to speakers and generally get your hands on the equipment. I always go there first for my gear.”

“could not have got any better equipment first rate service and delivery excellent spoke with staff and found them very helpful my congratulations on a first class service would recommend to anybody that needed such equipment if any body asks where i got my equipment from then i would recommend you keep up the good work you do and all the best for the future yours respectfully , MR P.D.KNIGHT again thank you for such a great piece of equipment that i will enjoy for many years.”
