“I had a problem with a active speaker which I bought , but , unlike a lot of company's they had no hesitation about replacing it and i decided yo upgrade to a better system which they allowed me to do .”

“Quick dispatch, we had a few problems working the new equipment when we had received it so we rang them for help & talked us through what we needed to do, so that was a great help. Very happy with PA & with customer service, would deal with again.”

“Item was sold out and the company was unable to supply as at the time requested but made every effort to keep customer informed of their stock position and what they were doing to meet the demand. The item was eventually supplied within the period they advised they were going to receive new stock. Not only that, the delivery was placed on fast track. That is highly commendable.”

“Speakers came on two different vans. One at ten / eleven. On time. second five / six Arrived six forty five. Wasted a day couldn't go out to far. not happy.”

Hi Jack, we are sorry that you received the speakers separately. The courier companies do try to deliver everything together but sometimes cannot fit it all in one van. Really sorry about your wasted day.
