“I bought a speaker, it was out of stock (but they emailed me as soon as they realised, and agreed to keep the original price) item arrived but had an internal fault with the amp (actve speaker) return pickup wthin 3 days, very pleased with overall level of service and customer relations, well done, keep up the good work lads. John”

“Quick trackable goods. Boxes where a bit flimsy, and it resulted in them being scrapped through and the box containing the fittings for the trusses bing lost. Being and engineer I was able to quickly cobble a solution.”

“love the live chat on your website, normally very responsive to queries, really helpful. also great to have free reliable and fast delivery on my orders. i currently pay by credit card, it would be great to have a trade account at some point with a moderate credit limit to save loading the credit card, this would enable some larger trades as we get busier.”

“Product was good but what let this transaction down was the poor accounting system this company have. I bought an item on ebay and wanted to pay by card not paypal and did so over the phone. I felt the company were a bit pushy in sending a non payment reminder after just a weekend (and the man on the phoned blamed ebay which i do not believe is true) but even worse later got an email from ebay saying I had had a non payment judgement against me for a product I had paid for. Do not offer phone payments if you can't tie up all the paperwork otherwise a customer who would have been happy with you now probably won't buy from you again. Yes I know it's not a big thing but it's the principle of it and it's annoying.”
