I placed an order for an item on Sat 19 Dec, which according to the website it was “in stock” and could be delivered on a next working basis,- great to see, given that it was a Christmas present. On the afternoon of Monday 21 December, I noticed that I hadn’t received a tracking email only an invoice and a receipt of payment, so I decided to give them a quick call, only to be told that they had actually sold out and that they would need to refund me!!! From how I understood it, the item was ordered online by a number of people at the same time and the stock levels was not updating to reflect the number of sales. I was quite annoyed to hear this, firstly it made me wonder at what point would I have been advised of this had I not made the call, secondly here we are, only 4 days before Christmas, and not only do I not have the item, but I also don’t have the money to buy it “again”elsewhere, so I have to wait for the refund which I’m told could take up to 5 working days!!!!

We apologise that this issue occurred. This is exceptionally rare and should technically not occur at all, unless an order of the same item is to be placed at the exact and very time as of another individual. We're glad we could resolve this for you in time, but apologises that it cut it short to the big day.

Order with them via Amazon, they use Yodel, parcel never delivered but claimed singed for looks like they never even tried or just kept it, no help after week from other company. Avoid if it goes wrong you will be left out of pocket.

Awful experience. Ordered a speaker, which only lasted 6 months before wouldn't turn on. They sent a replacement (after having to pay £20 return charge as ver 60 days). Got a second speaker - not the same as the first model was 'out of stock' even though was still listed on the website. This one lasted 1 week!!! This one was stick at the bottom, so clearly wasn't new. They again sent a replacement (again a different model). This one lasted 4 months. This time was overheating and not charging. The battery was also bulging. Returned again.

The first thing I ordered from you was delivered damaged and the second time I ordered from you it was not shipped out to me AS PROMISED FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY.

Firstly Rob has been very helpful, however we ordered 2 x speakers and an amp for a graduation present for my son, and for his graduation party this Saturday. The set arrived and after setting it up according to the instructions the amp after a short while caught fire. My son explained how he set it up to Rob, Rob agreed it was appropriate and a new amp was ordered. On receipt my husband helped set the system up (my husband used to set up amps and speakers for a living) the same thing happened, the amp actually caught light again after working fine for a minute or so. My sons party is this Saturday, we now have no system to celebrate his degree success and we would not like a replacement we just now want a refund which legally we are entitled to. The system is unsafe and we do not want it. You are charging us £20 for collection. PLEASE can we get this resolved so I can buy my son a replacement system for his party tomorrow! Thank you

I paid £10 for Saturday delivery as I work during the week. The parcel arrived on Friday, so I had to get the delivery company to take it to my local Homebase. This meant I had to pay for a taxi so that I could pick it up after work. I rang Electro Market's customer service line to complain about this, but there was no answer. I left them a voicemail explaining the situation and asking them to call me back, but they didn't bother to return my call. Very shoddy company with atrocious customer service. One to avoid.

Just back home after doing a gig using SKYTEC 1600 speakers 2nd time using them and they packed in at 10pm 2nd night ruined already returned 1 speaker 2 weeks ago because that packed in aswell extremely disappointed and angry been djing for 30 years worst speakers ave ever had they will be getting returned and I want a full refund very poor quality speakers

Poor description which is confusing, slow at replying to emails. Still waiting for a reply. Whoever they did reply they didn't answer question correctly causing more confusion Would not recommend

Have had to return a faulty amp 3 times at my expense. I was told I could have a credit and select another amp but I had 3 staff give me three different prices as to what it was worth as it was purchased as part of a bundle. When I called in to get it sorted out they told me it's now out of warranty despite this taking place in the warranty period. I have all the supporting emails. Disgusting service!

I ordered and paid the higher delivery charge for the Beamz Methone Dual Beam 3D Lazer to use for a wedding reception but unfortunately for me there was no safety key for the item so I had to leave the item at home which was hugely disappointing. I don't know who's fault it is but someone or somebody should check this beforehand and why was the box opened although everything did look intact? I do like electromarket because you get good value for money on the items and they are good quality but I was let down on this occasion when I needed the item the most.

Item was placed over the phone and in chat still the item was sent wrong and still waiting for a refund .won't use again as the service was not good and try ed to charge me at first £20 each for a resistor .then said £8 for two not a honest service I think beware .item is only £3.89 for 5 on ebay .
