Misinformation from electromarket staff; conflicting communication and I felt ripped off by them. If there was a review worse than poor I would give it them.

Poor description which is confusing, slow at replying to emails. Still waiting for a reply. Whoever they did reply they didn't answer question correctly causing more confusion Would not recommend

Have had to return a faulty amp 3 times at my expense. I was told I could have a credit and select another amp but I had 3 staff give me three different prices as to what it was worth as it was purchased as part of a bundle. When I called in to get it sorted out they told me it's now out of warranty despite this taking place in the warranty period. I have all the supporting emails. Disgusting service!

I ordered and paid the higher delivery charge for the Beamz Methone Dual Beam 3D Lazer to use for a wedding reception but unfortunately for me there was no safety key for the item so I had to leave the item at home which was hugely disappointing. I don't know who's fault it is but someone or somebody should check this beforehand and why was the box opened although everything did look intact? I do like electromarket because you get good value for money on the items and they are good quality but I was let down on this occasion when I needed the item the most.

Item was placed over the phone and in chat still the item was sent wrong and still waiting for a refund .won't use again as the service was not good and try ed to charge me at first £20 each for a resistor .then said £8 for two not a honest service I think beware .item is only £3.89 for 5 on ebay .

Referring to "Destiny Entertainments Ltd: Sales Order #118879", I have to say the product seems to be disappeared somewhere in UK. DHL office states the item is never arrived in their hands, while the seller states the product has been dispatched. I'm really upset, because the payment has been charged on my credit card, but I'm sure I will never receive the paid item. My obvious conclusion will be I will never buy online items when the seller is located in UK.

A disappointing experience. I have had several dealings with Electromarket, and each was worse than the last. Delivery deadlines missed, promises broken, faulty hardware supplied, calls and emails not returned... Needless to say, I will not be dealing with them again.

Hi there,I will be phoning you tomorrow ,one of the speakers does not work,I have tried it with my system, the amp works no problem, so I asked a friend to borrow there speakers and they work properly, so I would request a new set, so can you give me details of how to send back please,and also I did request speaker stands aswell, regards Mr s hibbert

Sales manager was quick to take £1300 from me. I left, took the equipment to where I wanted to use it to find out that the venue had prohibited the use of lasers (I'm not a DJ by the way). The kit was then of no use to me for the show I was planning to do. I asked to return the kit I had a few days later to be told 'No - returns policy is credit note or exchange only' the Sales manager was hard and fast about this showing no empathy. I wanted the stuff same day so drove from Surrey to collect it. Had I waited over night for delivery with my order placed over the internet the whole situation would have been different. I have no reason to use your service again.. I will encourage others at this time to do the same.

bonjour je vous ai deja écrit un mail pour mon mécontentement mais pas de retour de votre par je vous ai acheté une machine Beamz DMX Dry Ice Effect Atmospheric Smoke Fogger Machine Fluids DJ Disco Party elle est arrivé cher moi avec tous le angles et la fasse avant écrasé et déformé car très mal protégé pour le voyage , les roues de la machine sont passé a travers la protection et le carton très mauvais conditionnement de ElectroMarket Fabrication !!! la séparation du compartiment des glaçons pas étanche 1 centimètre d'espace entre les cloisons donc la fumée passe a coter des glaçons et la fumée ne reste pas au sol . je dessus mais que faire ?

Didn't get the item I needed and I'm still waiting for more stuff!!! Also takes ages for someone to pick the phone up when I try and sort things out

I ordered a smoke machine unit and it arrived in a bashed up presentation box. Opened it up to find it had already been used (it was scratched and dented) which was very disappointing as it was bought for a Christmas present and paid full price for it. This was approx. 1 week before Christmas. I contacted the customer services dept. and was told that each package was checked over before dispatched. I explained this wasn't the case and provided pictures. It was then agreed a new unit would be exchanged & delivered on Christmas eve cutting it tight (explained this was urgent as it was Christmas present) I then received a text message to say it would be delivered between 11.21 - 12.21 feeling hopeful it was going to arrive. Nothing! I continued to wait in for the rest of the day- just in case. Also called / emailed the customer service to no reply. Eventually got in touch and was told a new unit would be sent out. It arrived in a slightly better condition but yet again can see it has blatantly been used. In summary I'm really disappointed as I was quite excited with the products I saw on the website. Didn't know it would be second hand.

Disco light come in little damage. All 3 mirrors are little damage. Need replace. Light is probably from returns unpacked before me.
