first delivery was on time with two lights in package yet I brocken light came with the other light fittings rattling inside casing I phoned was phoned back instantly was to receive a reaplacement for both lights wihin 2 days no delivery arrived had to phone again was answered promptly after being cut off ist call and received a phone call straight back with assurance that no order for replacement had been placed and I would receive a replacement in two days . had to ask for order to be tested before being put into van they appeared within time estimated and while one replacement was working and strurdy other light still had a rattling inside casing yet light worked by this time I was to knocked to phone back a third time requesting yet another replacement and unsettled had to keep both lights due to not whishing any more stress and waiting for another arrival I hope this feedback improves your standards and quality of goods

Ask me for a review even though I've been text three days in a row that delivery will be coming still waiting. Placed order by phone nine days ago would call but you don't open Sundays. Not happy

Don't use this seller!!!!! I bought this item , paid for it immediately and had it delivered within 2 days . Then i received a non payment on my account even aftee contacting the seller repeatedly .

Unfortunately over one week later I still await my item when promised within 2-3 days! It has taken several phone calls and even visiting my local Argos branch only to be confirmed no delivery when told my item had been delivered! A shame but on this basis a very poor and shameful service and I am bitterly disappointed. I have received no emails or texts although a helpful member of staff (Beverley) has rang me back. Argos has informed me of Hermes the courier service being unreliable and upon visiting their website, customer reviews confirm this. If Electromarket changed their courier service I am sure this would help their situation and standing as a stockist and supplier. K.O.Brown

I'm not happy I have emailed you i did not receive my smoke machine I asked for my money back but didn't get a reply I wanted it for my party which was 31st November and It didn't arrive so I would like a refund.

Aux connection at the back of the unit already damaged and used only in the home after second time of using the product, also the customer service is terrible as they never answer the phone and never call back.

Rubbish... I brought two active speakers from this company and the day they come one doesn't work. I try to call and I just get put into voicemail. And the one that does work the quality wouldn't even pass as average. As soon as you turn the base up it goes distorted. Cheap horrible make. Never again will I buy from this company.

I ordered a product which was meant to arrive within 5 days. It never did so I had to contact them and they told me it was lost and reassured me it would be redelivered in the next two days. When the courier arrived he told me that he was meant to collect the product I "received" in order to give me the new one. I told him that it was lost and he didn't have to pick up anything, he left with my product as he was instructed to collect the product from me and then give me the new one. I chased up their customer service who provided an extremely poor service, no manners and they promised me that the product would be redelivered again today... well guess what.. I haven't received it

Only money orientated. Not worried about customer care. Had a few bad experiences there. Only visited there recently cause needed something quick and local. Wouldn't recommend .....

DONT BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS SELLER bought 2 600 watt speakers ffom this company plugged in for 2 ,minutes and the speaker set on fire have emailed seller and they have completely ignored me even tho there product could of set my house on fire will start an ebay investigation if the seller does not contact m,e soon

Rubish service I felt almost invisible in the shop. Staff too busy on their computers. Very unimpressed first and last time in the shop.

Still haven't received my product after a week and a half and no email to say why or when it will be delivered. Will not be ordering another product. Said it would be deliver in 1-2 days guaranteed. Very disappointing

as i like to give ypu good rate for the delivery and the product its been sad becouse the item you deliver is not working i will change my rate ones you make solution to the problem.

Speakers came on two different vans. One at ten / eleven. On time. second five / six Arrived six forty five. Wasted a day couldn't go out to far. not happy.
