I ordered two items from electromarket one was speaker which was faulty and was making this horrible hissing sound as soon as you turn the power on. Second an amplifier which dididnt work from day 1. So my experience of electromarket has been an unpleasant one. Now i have to get two bulky items returned which i am waiting to hear from the customer service team which is going to be a difficult..very unhappy

I ordered a portable speaker. When it arrived I tried it straight away. The speaker did not work. When I rang Customer Service I was promised an exchange and an email to confirm. The email never materialised and I'm still waiting for the replacement.

Everything was ordered and came quickly enough, but I was sold something under the understanding I would not need a laptop and sure enough when everything came it was useless without the latter, so I had to then spend another £100 on a laptop. When I rang for advice and support I wasn't given any . So basically the overall experience was poor. Sorry to say this but it's unavoidable.

service offered from supplier is very good and they were extremely helpful when I had to speak to them on the phone, however the courier service this firm uses is extremely poor and you end up on a merry go round not knowing when or if the item will ever arrive, my item never did arrive and had to ask for a refund.

I purchased a powered speaker on e bay, got a notification of shipping saying it would arrive on Tuesday 1st Dec or Wed. 2nd Dec. so arranged for someone to be in on both days, ... it didn't arrive, I phoned and was told it would be the following Tues /Wednesday ... then it arrived on Friday 4th Dec. ... speaker was OK, but the power lead and plug were packed inside the carton underneath the speaker with the weight of the speaker on top of it ... so when I opened it all up, the plug was broken.

Ordered the product and paid for before 2 next day delivery. It arrived at 1620 hrs. Contacted customer services who stated they would look into it and ring me back credited if I was correct. Nothing heard, recountacted them, told to put it onto an email and if correct would be credited. 2 days later still nothing. The actual product is fine and hope it stays that way.

Don't get me wrong these speakers are really good but unfortunately they absolutely stink of fish and they are leaving as stinky fish smell all inside the house and I've only had them 3 days, they are now in my garage airing out but once again it's stinking the whole garage out, very disappointed

Hi Jordan, this is highly unusual and we can only assume it is the glue that the speakers are constructed with that is causing the smell. Having promised to send it via Royal Mail, the item was then sent by MyHermes. To further complicate matters, they supplied the wrong tracking number. Several calls and messages later, they were helpful.

I will say the product is excellent for the price. Regarding delivery, they were prompt next day delivery and on time. I will give 5 star for that, but please read on... However, the product arrived faulty, due to improper packing the power lead and the power plug was crushed and was not usable. The corner of the unit was also damaged. That is because the crushed plug caused a crack on the corner cosmetic attachment. Also there is some bit inside the box loose, like a piece of wood. All this would have been avoided, if little, common sense was used whilst packing. The actual outer box was not designed to hold a power lead. The power lead should have been attached separately outside (or) with proper packing material, so that the plug will not damage the unit. What a shame?

The packaging arrived in a very poor condition it looked as if the two speaker boxes had been kicked or hit with a sharp object there were holes in both the boxes that the speakers came in fortunately the speakers themselves were not damaged one of the speakers were packed in a box that showed a different speaker on the outside of the box, the speaker stands were poorly packed in a box that looked as if it had been thrown about and walked on and was split open down the side. I was going to give these as a present, but couldn't give them in the boxes not a good way to promote your company. Maybe they were damaged in transit if so I would recommend you use a different carrier

Having purchased package 2 for a party we found the laser not working after trying to get through all Monday we called the sales team who. Assured us some one would get back to us that afternoon or next day Tuesday stil, no body has contacted us day 3 very poor service and we will not be recommending electo market to anyone

Ordered goods on Wednesday after 2pm cut off point, which was fine as I Paid the most expensive delivery charge DPD for next day delivery, expecting my disco lights to be delivered on the Friday. When I called on the the Friday afternoon as to enquire what time to expect delivery, I was told my order had not even been dispatched and they were hoping for delivery on Saturday. This was no good as I ordered in plenty of time and paid for it to ensure I had the lights for my 9 year olds disco party on the Friday night. No real apology was offered mearly a refund which was really no good and I had to take an afternoon off work to drive round and try and find some alternatives for that night. They then tried to deliver the goods on the Monday after I asked to cancel and I refused delivery and still awaiting a refund

Product o.k. and arrived in specified time however I did not receive an invoice and when I phoned to request one I was greeted by a "lady" who had obviously been thrown out of charm school and was spoken to as if I was retarded.Will never deal with again.

Got it fast ,speakers sounds good for the money , only one minus I got is that one of them has a crack on the top of the speaker like someone smash it with the ball hammer ,don't have time or money to resend it back does not effect the sound but would be nice to get something in one pice tho.....
